Heck of bill for tyres looming there ! I just had to replace a front one on the Merc this morning due to an irreparable cut in the sidewall. Suspect a pothole I ran through in London yesterday but can't be sure.

£199 for one tyre and that was with a 25% discount !!!

Smell that rubber !

You could not get that good without getting it wrong a lot in practice.

Some of the pre-existing rubber marks tell a tale of woe.

(ISTR reading Russell Swift's story of learning to drive a car on two wheels - it involved a lot of time with a big hammer getting the roof knocked back out for the next attempt.)
