What a blithering carphound. He deserves to have both his bus and car licences taken away for good.

In his defence though, despite what the report said, he was indicating to pull in to the stops - you can hear the 'tell-tale' for the indicators. That, of course, in no way mitigates his crass stupidity.

I can't quite work out whether he's stupid for reading whilst driving, or stupid for thinking that he'd get away with it.
