They want £16K for the "2010"Tribeca
This car appears to be the "OLD Shape" (Lozenge shaped grill - picture of the car on the MP website) which was replaced in 2008 by "the New Shape" (slatted grill - not available in RHD in UK)
The car comes via Malta and was first Reg in the UK in October 2010
Can a 2007/2008 made car (at the latest) be described as a 2010 car or does the 2010 car only signify the Registration date?

It's been going on with bikes for years.
FB seems to have done his homework knowing the different shapes for this particular model and getting a year old car for half price must set some alarm bells ringing.

No pictures on the motor point website - have they taken them down?

I believe 10 or 12 of the 'slatted grille' Tribecas made it to the UK - sporting a 3.6 litre version of the old 3.0 flat-six (same as the new Outback).
However, the last of the 2008 Tribecas were being sold at the end of 2008 for £17-20k brand new from Subaru dealers (approx 13-15k off list).
At the same time I bought one of the last Forester Turbos for £14k (list £22.5k) and subsequently sold it for £12k 2.5yrs later.
2008 was a very bad year for car dealers!
