How is that proof? It could be another Catherine Middleton. Doesn't even have electric windows. It is mad, a £20k 10 year old Golf, just because somebody who happens to be married to a prince used to own it.

My aunt once owned a Renault 5 that belonged to a good friend of the late Princess Diana, or Diana Spencer as she was then. Diana had been photographed getting into the car by some paparazzi somewhere, and the photo was included in the history and documentation that came with the car.

It didn't put the price up at all, but it was a talking point. I wouldn't pay a penny extra for such a thing either.
