Son had car in for service @ main dealer and asked for 2 x tyres to be changed.

Got car home to find 2 x alloys scored around rim
Toyota dealer agrees to replace/refurbish wheels.

New wheels fitted in 2 weeks and guess what?
1 x alloy scored putting in valve - car returned 1 week later, and all they did was touch up score with silver paint. Service manager agrees to replacement.

Car picked up today and returned 3 hours later with new wheel - 40% of rim scored.
Service manager sees this and agrees to replace the new new wheel.

This was an easy job, 2 x tyres to be replaced and 8 visits and it is still a problem - training of tyre fitter is needed I would like to suggest.

Main dealer, or sub contracted to a local fast fit outfit?
