When service is poor - I moan: when it is good I praise wholeheartedly!
I Googled for a front off side grille for our SEAT Alhambra and among the many breakers yards offering to locate said part, I saw a site offering new, genuine SEAT parts on-line.
I duly sent off my web enquiry email and received a reply next day with full price quotes and a 'phone number and contact name to order.
The person dealing with internet sales was switched on and helpful, so I confirmed the order, giving my debit card details. The grille was a factory order, so it was explained that payment would not be taken until the parts arrived.
This morning, Saturday23rd. (my original enquiry was on the 17th., their reply was the 18th., my order was the 19th.) the parts arrived 100% correct!
I was surprised to find that the supplier was a Ford dealer - Jennings Ford, Stockton, Cleveland (I couldn't remember the name I'd found!) and even more surprised to find the bill was for a little LESS than the original quote!
Truly excellent service for a modest order and deserving of good publicity.

Jennings is a small chain of franchise dealers in the North East which I think is still family owned.
They are mostly Ford, but also Seat and Mazda.

I found that the Stockton branch of Jennings was selling a particularly good Thule rooftop cycle carrier that I wanted at a price that was lower than some people were bidding for the same item, secondhand, on Ebay.
To save the cost of delivery, I was able to order the item through my local, Sunderland branch of Jennings who honoured the online price but without delivery charges.
I was absolutely delighted by the pricing and service of this company and would agree entirely with Roger's praises for them.
