There's no problem speaking in generalities.

WDC can be problematic to prosecute and the evidence needs to be good. Dangerous driving even more so.

This will no doubt be... an interesting case..... because the alleged offender being high profile will guarantee it being in the spotlight, so the Crown Prosecutor will have gone through it with a fine toothed comb, before agreeing the summons/charge.
