Didn't like it maybe? More seriously, was it safe to have 5 - 6 tonnes of steel "art" (must admit it's not bad as modern art goes) on a roundabout with the potential for it fall on a car in an impact? Heaven forbid I get tagged "H&S" but common sense should apply.
