Fuel cost on Google Maps - Iffy
Google Maps now gives an estimated fuel cost with its directions.

You can set the price of fuel, and consumption can be set at compact, standard or high consumption.

I tried a sample journey and 'compact' gave an equivalent mpg of 43, which is about right for the CC3.

Were I to drive from Land's End to John O'Groats, I now know it will cost me £112 in diesel.

a good feature.... i know that it will £26.43 to get to Cadwell park once a month, which i suppose isnt that bad when you cost up the public transport equivelent.

Has anyone noticed the performance though of Google maps deteriotate over the past few weeks or is that just my system?
