hi gang, my photo licence expires in march and i need to get it re done, ive also got some old endorsments i want scrubbing....do i have to pay for both ie 2 lots of 20 qiud thanks

No, Renewing driving licence will remove old endorsements.

If they are time expired (ie three years +1) they will go anyway.
