You've got to wonder if that happens every day or just when the camera is running.
I noticed a few times the rider sensibly looked up, presumably to check the weather; at that speed you wouldn't want to be caught out by a sudden shower, would you?

That is COOL! Just like a computer game, except there's real flesh and blood at risk...
A girl I know who lived in Moscow for her year out was taken for a spin on the Moscow Ring Road on the back of a bike. She said it was somewhat "exciting". She also said she thought there was no speed limit on that road - but google suggests 100kph.
