According to one of today's papers the van driver has been charged with some motoring offences. Looks like Montgomery's driving was OK. He has a good few points on the licence for speeding. He was banned but this was quashed after Mr Loophole appeared @ appeal against a 6 month totting up ban - last conviction was deemed unsafe due to radar gun not being used properly!!
