 Nissan Micra - Do V5s take longer to arrive in September? - Chris S
I bought a used Micra from a dealer a month ago. Normally the V5 arrives within two weeks but it's still not arrived after a month.

Do V5s take longer to arrive in September because of the new registrations, or should I start applying for a replacement V5?

Mine took just 6 days on a 60 plater. Probably because garage had direcxt electronic contact with DVLA.

8 days from order to delivery. Well done Marshalls Nissan, Cambridge.

a so called dealer up here had no log books but was using the green slip to tax cars for the customers for a year so it kept them off his back for at least a 6 week window
customers kept coming looking for their log books eventually but he had long blown and none of the cars were registered to him for tax purposes etc
is dealer still there?
maybe he held it back for a week or two in case you were a winger (no offence) and that way he could have put you into something else and still had the log book so he could punt it to another mug

5 days from following reg transfer from a LVLO - (service that was rather too good actually)
