Travel expenses and motoring costs have always been claimable, so nothing new there. It just gets added to the customers bill the same as all other costs. If the material costs increase for my products, that goes onto the sale price, same with all my costs.

I wonder what percentage of cars in the Greater London area will be effected? A quick google shows that Mrs O'Reliant's '08 Polo is ULEZ compliant and the last time I was back in the Smoke I had a job findind cars older than my then10yo motor.
