Upon clearing out a friend she’d I found a box of

MPG MEGA CRUMBS

10 TUBES OF 5 GRAM VIALS

What are these used for ?? Can it be used in a normal car and will it help , oristhere a market to sell them on ? If so where and how much might they be worth .
