I can't work out who would want a tow-bar on a 2CV??
Nice to see how asking prices for good ones are still not on the up (says the owner of a good one who paid less than 10% of the price of this one for his!)

Bet that handles well:)

Good grief Rickenbacker ... Amazing what one can do with a tin opener and a panel beaters hammer!

once had a 2cv on the back of the wagon and nearly lost it on the first roundabout i came to
horrible nasty things
i had picked it up for mot failure money as it failed on everything but the horn working
put it straight in the auctions with all the chalk marks removed and some teacher creamed on it and bought it for a ransom (mine)

Back in my mobile car tuning days, the 2cv was the *only* car I wouldn't work on due to the contact breakers being an absolute swine to replace,
I wouldn't mind now having something like the Charleston 2cv in bright yellow, just4fun :)

Fitted on the front of the car and attached to a suitable truck, it's the only device short of an engine transplant which will persuade the beast to top 60 mph.
