 Are chips back? - Rudedog
I heard on the 6.15 business news this morning that Samsung and ARM are cutting production of their chips due a lack of demand by companies.

Maybe there’ll be an improvement in the delivery times of some new cars and options being put back into customer builds which I’ve heard were being removed without the owners knowing.

I have long suspected that low new car sales have been as much about the inflated prices now being asked as the usual industry excuse of ‘chip shortage’. The story you report and the fact that both I and a friend have in the last month bought new cars from dealer stock (Citroen Berlingo and Volvo XC40 respectively) suggests I might be right?
