Yes, I know, but I can't make Tinyurl give me anything other than the RAC's home page. (found another that did but it wasn't clickable - RP)
(I found one that didn't need shortening ;) VX)

The Council seems to have had a few tins left over of white spiral paint. I can't find any reference to such junction markings in the Highway Code. Is it something to be feared or do signs on the approach make everything clear?

This system works well in the Netherlands IIRC - I need to pop up to Birkenhead at some point this summer. I'll check it out.

There's a similar set up on Exhibition Road near the V&A and Science Museums etc in London. Ridden it on the Brompton and it feels safer than it did before.
