The only good news about this POS is "...the offence of outraging public decency was rarely prosecuted in Australia....There is no maximum penalty for the charge in Australian law."

I was so sickened I actually couldn’t read all of the story.
If the judiciary wish to sub contract to LL I’ve got old climbing rope in the garage which could be put to use.

I remember the case from the time - first time I had heard the offence "outraging public decency".

What an apt term.

From the 2007 link: "A crowd had gathered around, watching and laughing, and the incident was filmed on a mobile phone."

Maybe we should have left Covid to its own devices.
