Just watched a video on one of the YouTube channels I follow that run cars on the Nurburgring.

They have bought one of the new Toyota Yaris GR's.

For the prep of the car they have swapped out the production wheels for their own set of rims and tyres (not unusual for them).

But the reason they've done it this time is due to the cost of the standard production wheels being €1600 each!!! and they don't want to risk kerbing them.

€1600 each on a production car... WTF!
