Oxford United's coach stalled by alcohol spray

The coach is so safe, it is Covid treated and it will not move so all on board and outside are safe?

Apparently the alcohol got into a device supposed to stop the driver starting the coach when under the influence.

Sound unlikely, but I guess it could happen.
