I got to my car at Gatwick long stay at 9PM last night to find an inconsiderate Honda Civic driver had parked so close that I couldn't actually get down between the two cars.
Got in the passenger side. Tried to put the car in neutral but couldn't without the foot on the footbrake and couldn't release the electronic brake either so I couldn't push it out of the way.
Due to the height of the centre console I couldn't slide over either.
Had to flatten the back seats and reach over and lower the drivers seat to its flattest position and clamber through the hatch. All very difficult when in a suit.
The long stay bays at Gatwick are on the small side, but the Civic driver needs a rocket for parking right up next to my car which was central in its bay.
My suggested punishment would be a hot poker where the sun don't shine!

Initiative test ? Ring of fire ?

Well why didn’t you hunker down, remove the Civic dust caps and stick a key in the tyre valves and deflate them ?

Oh, I felt like it!
I just gave the car a nasty "Paddington" glare. It knew it did wrong. ;-)
