 No Diesel Cars Had Emissions Tested in 12 years! - rtj70
Unbelievable that during an MOT in Northern Ireland nobody tested them for actual emissions which is a legal requirement. And this for 12 years.

And these MOT stations not doing the tests are government. Unbelievable.

It will take time to start doing tests other than visual but a lot of cars could suddenly fail. You'd not be a happy owner to find out it will never pass.

One can only assume that not getting smoking diesels off the road was one of the few things that united the power sharing government.
