Initial reports were lacking in detail as to nature of allegation and my initial thought was that the offence might refer to something allegedly done professionally as a solicitor.
Surely after the Huhn/Price debacle nobody, least of all somebody in the public eye, would be stupid enough....

Elected last year so could be historic events.
Edit - more details appearing on the link - brother is co-defendant, and relates to events in June, July, and August 2017.
