There was a telly program about refuse collection vehicles.

The driver of one of these said words to the effect: Show me a dust-cart driver that doesn't enjoy blocking the road.

I suppose it's the difference between people who plant trees and those that vandalise them.

A bit of patience or a alternative route would have saved him £400, a costly mistake but rash desicions are made in the heat of the moment.
