Funnily enough, my son ( 17 ) and I were chatting the other day about how his driving life is likely to be very different to mine. He may not even have to, or be allowed to drive in the second half of his adult life as maybe there will only be self driving cars. But even the experience of hammering across Europe in a fast car in the dead of night is already not really an option in this era of cameras.
I think our generation probably had more fun with cars than the next will. ( While of course bumping a few of us off along the way )
