Ah, so it's actually satisfaction rather than reliability, that makes more sense.

I prefer the ADAC (German equivalent of AA) call out stats., as they're objective:-

I've never taken much notice of these 'satisfaction' surveys since one magazine (can't remember which now) scored the owner feedback for practicality for the Rover 45 being much higher than the MG ZS, despite being the same car!

Cant really make any sense of this survey

My CT came in at 7th place under "top 10 most reliable"

" Remarkably only 2% of owners said they’d had and problem with their new Lexus CT200h models and that’s as good as any car in the 2017 survey. "

Yet in at number 1 is the Rav4

"Only 6% of RAV4 owners had a fault to report on their car and the problems centred around the exterior trim and engines. It was generally a fine showing from Toyota."

So how is 6% of owners having a problem better than 2%?
