 Possible World Record Speeding Fine - Perky Penguin
I remember years ago there was a short trial of income related fines buth they were dropped. I bet this man wishes they didn't apply in Switzerland!

170km/h (106mph) over the limit? In the UK he'd probably get a prison sentence.
