It is looking like FIAT Chrysler was doing similar to VW with emissions and cheat software. Talk of a fine of $4.4bn.... Which manufacturer could be next?

This appears to be a very different issue. From what has been said so far (and I stress, so far) manufacturers have the right to protect the engine where necessary. This appears to be that the EPA weren't informed fully of this. There is no suggestion of a defeat device.

That said that's what Vw said time and time again.. then said ok there is one!
