Reminds me of when a relly brought his two-seater hovercraft down to the Thames at Blackfriars where we lived at the time - the noise of the hovercraft defeated ANY fun to be had (that and the strong undercurrent!!)

Using the same technology used in drones, they'll be very much fly-by-wire, with minimum input from the pilot, as algorithms will sort out the stability issues.
