A nice collection of pictures of various routes you might want to visit/avoid (some of which have featured on this forum before admittedly):

Videos are quite scary, especially the (push-)bike one.

The road up to Macchu Pichu would be a worthy contender. My minibus lift up in 1960 was terrifying.

I caught the train to Aguas Calientes in July '97 with some chums. Spent a few days there enjoying my birthday and smoking some good stuff, chewing coca leaves, and seeing a few sights.
I'm sure AC would have approved !

.....the Laerdal tunnel is quite disorienting.
Though it didn't exist the first time I was in the area, I've now passed through it in both directions.
The lighting, and the large internal "refuges" are distinctly odd.

I have only tried Lombard street and Baldwin street ( a few times).
The very top of Nightingale Lane, Richmond, Surrey is quite steep as it meets Richmond Hill.
It was a regular warm up before laps of Richmond park on our bikes.
It is now one way , up only, on the toop section. It was certainly risky charging down the whole length and meeting the main road at the base. Oh happy days!
