Not this former Judge who was previously jailed for the Huhne/Pryce case & cost her £90,000 she did not have.
Ms Briscoe had 6 points, given another 6 pts for failing to reveal driver / turn up in court - Banned for 6 mths after totting up 12..
Now you would think Huhne/Price + Speeding PLUS her Jail sentence might have rung bells.
