I always thought Terry's Capri was a 2.8 or 3 litre. Of course Arthur Daley was portrayed as a stingy and selfish character. But he'd want his sidekick available pronto sometimes, wouldn't he?

What a long time ago it seems. What a load of crap it was too. Watched it though.

I wouldn't pay over the odds for a car just because it had been on TV.

Actually it should be cheaper having been neglected and abused by actors.

Not just the actual car but the type; look at all the Jaguar Mk2s and lookalikes that popped up when Morse was popular in the 1990s. (I suspect that's how we ended up with the awful 60s pastiche Jaguars of the late 90s.)
