There has recently been a problem with AA renewals. In my case via the Toyota discounted system. Although the renewal appears to have completed and a confirmation issued there was no renewal. I phoned to enquire about my lack of membership cards and documentation and was informed that I had no cover and although they were now aware of the problem they had no idea how many or who had been affected. If you have renewed recently it is worth a check.

Just checked, not only do I have a printout of the confirmation page, I have a thank you and confirmation email with an order number for the failed transaction. At least they didn't take any money.
