Seems it's a solution to a problem which didn't exist. On a straight road, one only needs to hang back enough to safely move out to check ahead before over taking. On a winding road it would be useless anyway. More expense for truck owners and a distraction for those following. It'll be like watching TV!
And of course it will need wipers and washers. I also think it will cause a few rear endings, watching the road ahead on the screen from too close and not the lorry the screen is attached to.
Couldn't possibly be a ruse to get free media time for a technology the maker (Samsung, was it?) wants to sell for another purpose, could it? I mean, cameras and OLED screens - could they possibly be used for anything else?
My laptop, TV and other devices freeze from time to time. What if this truck device freezes on a picture of a clear road when in realtime there is something coming? Or a smear on the lens obscures a cyclist or pedestrian.
"Around and round are prepositions or adverbs. We use around and round when we refer to movements in circles or from one place to another. Around and round can both be used. Around is more common in American English. Round is a little more common in speaking:"
