I get the impression these places are built to a standard template. Bit worrying if you work in a similar building.
Obviously the glass palaces are not built to MSCP standards.
Presumably this is the clue:
Mr Wilson said there was a ramp up to the first floor, which was "serving as a car park".
Well spotted Focusless. So it wasn't designed for car park use.
That's the dealership where my car is from. And it happens that Jardine Motors moved to that new 'glass palace' towards the end of last year.
Mine might have been from their older site but for all I know my car was parked there on the roof.... and I waited long enough to get it as it is.

" "People working within a workshop heard a loud bang and promptly hit the fire alarm call point, which was quick thinking on their part," he said."
At least there was a prior indication then.

Vorsprung durch Technik.

Surely the thread title should state "Cars fall through the floor"?...:-)
It does now ;)
But maybe a better header would have been something like Car-nage in Milton Keynes, or collapse in the car market.
the bottom fallen off at audi car sales:)
Floorsprung duff technik as some wag over on HJ has it.
