 Ridiculous accessories - Crankcase
Brand related merchandise - we've probably all done a keyring, even if it only came with the car. I have to admit when I had a Lexus I looked at the Lexus watches, although then decided pretty quickly they were stupid and served no purpose other than making me look even more of an idiot.

Having just purchased a Volvo, of course I had a look to see what was available, out of idle curiosity.

Can this be trumped? WHO the merry Dickens would buy this?

So, come along - have you ever been tempted by a "branded" bit of merchandise to match your car?

Idiotic, isn't it? I mean, you'd expect Volvo to know the difference between silicon and silicone.

I've got a model VW Lupo on the shelf behind me, bought in about 2001 when I had the real one. Same colour too.

BL could have made a fortune selling toilet paper with their badge on each sheet.

Which was a damn sight more reliable than any BL I owned or drove, and handled better than at least one of them (Marina).

I'm the furthest away from a brand snob/follower you could ever get but the fact I currently have the old 5-series sometimes prompts me to click on a BMW item I might otherwise have ignored.... which recently led me to this...

Brompton may know more and say it's a load of cak but looks great to me... there are times when a sophisticated pedal assist system would appeal.

Do not seek the truth, only cease to cherish your opinions.
