 Driver escapes ban - bathtub tom
A local newspaper (I can't find a link to the story) reported a driver being given 24 points after being caught speeding 7 times. They were given a £120 fine and allowed to keep their licence for work reasons. The newspaper doesn't elaborate on these reasons.
