A man has been fined for dancing while driving his minibus on a highway in Turkey's largest city.

In a footage that was recently shared by thousands of people on social media, a man was seen dancing "horon," a traditional dance in Turkey's Black Sea region, after briefly leaving the driver seat of a moving vehicle.

If you have driven in the commuter traffic in Instanbul you would respect the fact that at least he is looking at the road ahead for 50% of the time.

Ok things may have changed in the last 30 years, but in the late 70s the driving had to be seen to be believed.
