The local media reported that the police had charged the driver of the van blown over on the FRB as it was only open for cars at the time, not sure what he was charged with. The FRB is on a cars only restriction at the moment. www.forthroadbridge.org/light/index.html My roof tiles were rattled on Thursday night, no damage, and much calmer now.
