Perhaps they should stop production of Vodka. Everyone knows some Russians drink too much.

You say perverts as they use the word - as you know they include normal people.

I spent some time in July and August with Russians. A training course. 3 out of 4 had in car cameras to record driving because there are so many incidents there,
