Nice surprise this morning. Email from General Accident to say when we applied for daughter's policy the webpage had taken our attempt at her having held a licence for 11mths as 0mths.

She submitted a scan of the paper part of her licence the other day, as they usually request with new drivers these days, and they say they're happy to round the 11mths to 1yr so have refunded £69. Brings the policy to £811 which I reckon is very good.

Good result.

I do find that most of the big players in any business are very honest when it comes to playing fair over charges - with a few exceptions of course.
