The chance of driving at those sort of speeds on the M25 must be minimal!

To answer your question, probably faster than I would expect. You have to anticipate drawing attention from the BIB at that speed.

The speeds don't surprise me at all, after all if you make cars capable of going that fast you're bound to get a percentage of drivers who'll take advantage of it. What does surprise me is the people who travel at licence losing speeds without making fully sure there are no cameras about.
