This happened just as I was travelling the other way this morning. It clearly had only just happened as the Police were just deploying signs etc. It occured to me at the time, as to how these things happen. There was little or no wind, the road there by design or accident naturally slows traffic down off the bridge, the truck had toppled onto its nearside - must have been pretty awful for the driver - hope he/she is OK.
