"Two British teachers have broken the world record for the longest journey in a tuk-tuk after pushing their failing vehicle the last 43 miles.
If they can get their motorised rickshaw through northern Chile they will become the first people to drive a tuk-tuk around the world."
Surely if they've had to push it part of the way, then it hasn't been "driven" the whole journey?

You can drive a herd of cows down the road, why not a tuk tuk?

Certain people may drive one to Distraction! (Wherever that may be).

Good on them. The world needs more people prepared to be daft and adventurous.

If we're doing odd towns, may I recommend the town of Flin Flon, which I found by a bit of lucky google mappery, and discovered it has a unique history in terms of how it got its name.
Might even get there one day to see the model of Josiah Flintabbatey Flonatin.

My neighbour across the road emigrated to Goa and bought a TukTuk for transport. Told me it needed a new clutch every month ! Found a roadside repairer who did it and charged £1.50p inc parts !
