Best advice is to ring the firm up and ask the fleet manager which auction do they use and also the next date their cars will be going through.

Local BCA has a lot of fleet cars from big firms going through

Ling does not sell or own any cars. She arranges leases for cars. The company you have a lease with via her has no connection to her. Think of her as a broker who finds the best deals. Not unlike some other websites for good deals.
