So would this constitute a handsfree kit in the eyes of the law????

Don't know, the details are covered by a pop up.

I wouldn't bother with Groupon though. A friend, who I have forgiven, recommended them and I ordered a kit of iphone accessories, supposedly £35 worth for £12. They send you a coupon that you then have to use to order from a pop-up vendor (i.e. one who disappears soon after), there was about £6 postage on top, not made obvious initially, and the stuff is mostly absolute carp.

I complained to Groupon who referred me to the "vendor" who ignored my email so I cut my losses and moved on. I use the car charger, which was the best bit and seems to work OK.

No more so than my Sony Ericsson K800i choc bar. And holding phone to ear with shoulder leads to cricked neck or even permanent injury. Can even make you pass out if it constricts blood supply.
