Oops. I have let the MOT lapse and is now two weeks late. Is this a situation where is should have been sorned or does that not apply to MOT's. Thanks,

No thats not a problem for MOT.
You haven't driven the car since the MOT ran out anyway-;) and you'll be able to drive to a pre booked MOT test legally.
I might know someone who during a particularly upsetting time in his life managed to go 6 months without an MOT on his Landcruiser.

You're right, I haven't..............................Except most of yesterday and today to a local (ish) pre '65 Scramble. Made sure i had a car behind at all times once her indoors had enlightened me to the fact. I lost count of the times I've this. Must do better.

Mitsubishi have cut prices on Shoguns by up to 5 grand.
Can get one for under 25 grand (although it's largely unchanged since the 2010 update).

Thats for a 3 door though, which have never sold well.
For some reason the current model even in 5 door form never have sold as well as the one MD has, didn't help having that huge spare wheel and cover hanging off the back door where nearly all others have been underslung for years, makes the vehicle far longer than it needs to be.
Was going to buy a current shape 3 door low mileage 3.5 petrol used several years ago and get it converted to LPG for SWM, found out just in time that it was direct injection so not LPGable.
