Good, would have been better if the judge had ordered reimbursement of the monies this chav and it's cohorts (who should have been fined a lot more) extorted from their victims.

Why do these types all look the same, is there a mould somewhere that needs scrapping.

But is one to understand that even a determined individual couldn't come back with the police and get their car released, perhaps after a tiresome delay, but eventually? Can just anyone set up as a clamper and rob the passers-by in this manner for years until they are caught? Seems a bit surprising to me.

Of course it isn't everyone's idea of a pleasant and profitable calling.
