Government investigation into Petrol Prices has concluded that the market in the UK is competitive and there are no price fixing/price rings in operation.

Prices go down as quickly as they go up when crude prices change!

How many would support that statement?

So if compettion is perfect why is fuel consistently 2p litre cheaper in Leicester than in Northampton?
